La Machine Shop, Inc. is a family owned precision machining company located in Ham Lake, Minnesota which is in a north metro suburb of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Our mission to our customers is to provide outstanding products and services. The production of machined parts is our specialty. We are able to manufacture them in such materials as stainless steel, steel, brass, aluminum and plastics. Our employees are the real experts. They have worked hard to develop both the knowledge and skill in the use of state of the art CNC turning centers, manual lathes & milling machines and, they are constantly improving.

Tom & Marie LaBonne founded La Machine Shop, Inc. in 1976 and are still the owners who are now very proud to have 3 sons and a daughter working together, striving to make La Machine Shop, Inc. the best it can be for it's employees and it's customers.
Our highly skilled and dedicated employees make our company work so well. Most have worked for La Machine Shop between seven and twenty years. Their focused work ethic has always maintained that Quality and Commitment to our Customers must come first.
