Our Commitment to Our Customers


The commitment to our customers begins with the basic ideal of trust. And continues with our determination to prove to you, as our customer, that we will go the extra distance to provide a product that meets or exceeds your expectations for both quality and delivery. We understand that it can take a long time to bring a new vendor into the inner circle of your company. And we also understand that in today's market, a relationship can end very fast if a supplier cannot perform as expected.

Our Mission


We work closely with our customers to meet their specific needs. Sometimes it may be a quality requirement or a customized delivery schedule. It is important to us to produce a quality product that in the end meets all of your expectations and is delivered per your request. We pride ourselves in achieving 98% to 100% quality and delivery of machined parts with our customers.




The communication lines are open to pricing also. We encourage our customers to work with us to develop new ideas that will help to achieve the best price.


Another main strength is our flexibility in regards to delivery date changes (move-ins, move- outs) as well as a variety of split delivery options and having us as your supplier "manage your inventory". We have partnered with several current customers to take on the roll of managing their inventory vial e-mail, faxes, E.D.I. (electronic data interchange). Between the effects of providing the use of blanket orders with split deliveries or setting up an internal "Kanban" system, we have been successfully reducing our customers inventory by as much as 80%!
